Cancellation Policies
Once you received a confirmation notification from our Mexitravels staff your reservation is guarantee.
In order to maintain our commitment with all our customers, Mexitravels opérate with a very strict cancellation policy.
Groups bookings (mínimum 15 people)
Within more than 20 days prior to the tour – 100% refundable.
Within less than 20 days prior to the tour – we accept date changing
- Refund is not applicable.
Showing up late or no shows are non refundable.
Private transportation bookings
Within 48 hours prior to the service – we accept date changing
- Refund is not applicable.
Showing up late or no shows are non refundable.
Important: On Domestic flights Mexitravels will remain approximately 1 ½ hour after the flight landed it, after that time an extra charge of 800 pesos per hour will apply – this Price is not negotiable.
On international flight Mexitravels will remain approximately 2 hours after the flight landed it, after that time an extra charge of 800 pesos per hour will apply - this Price is not negotiable.
Shared private transportation bookings
Within 48 hours prior to the service – we accept date changing
- Refund is not applicable.
Showing up late or no shows are non refundable.
Please be aware of the following, if your friends or family are Schedule to arrive in diffrent flights Mexitravels will Schedule the transportation based on the latest arrival flight in the mean time we suggest that the family or Friends arriving earlier can wait in any of the bars or the restaurants at their own expenses.
In the case of a last minute one of the friend or family decide not to wait due to delay, an additional will apply as we will require an additional transportation.
In the case of missing flights customer will not be able to request either reimbursement, no Price adjustment nor rescheduling transportation.

Shuttle transportation bookings
Within 48 hours prior to the service – we accept date changing
- Refund is not applicable.

On Domestic flights Mexitravels will remain approximately 1 ½ hour after the flight landed and 2 hours on International flights it.
As son as you are approached by Mexitravels staff we will direct you to the unit that will transfer you and another passengers to different hotels, as this is a shuttle transportation the remaining time in the unit will be no longer than 20 minutes approx.
Private transportation per hour bookings
Within 48 hours prior to the service – we accept date changing - Refund is not applicable.
Showing up late or no shows are non refundable.
Payment policies
We accept credit / debit cards Visa, American Express, MasterCard and PayPal. For security and to avoid charges without authorization, in some cases would be necessarily some backup documents, whose purpose will be to confirm the identity of the cardholder, this document is named a payment format and states that you are authorizing Mexitravels to charge into your debit or credit card the services that you are purchasing and needs to be support by your official photo identification and card copy.
* If you do not have any card you can pay through a bank transfer or deposit.

Credit card charges
We will charge on your credit card the total amount once we confirm your reservation. This transaction can be complete 12 hours after the reservation.
If your selected date is not available, Mexitravels will offer you alternate dates or times and will only charge your card if you confirm to agree with the offered options.
